Access Data from Apple Products

I has able to pull the file in XML. It's huge, and nasty, but the data seems to be there. You click on export alll button, wait 5 minutes, and then it gives you the option to send it somewhere with airdrop or such. You then have a huge XML file to parse through.

Below is a single record I was able to ull out for heart rate. You'd have to create a script to parse the data to be able to get what you are looking for. There's a lot of data in the file that I have no idea what it is...
